I bought the best Texas grapefruits today, if you are in the Salt Lake Valley then go to Harmon’s they are 2 for 88 cents. Cut them open and reveal the sweet, juicy, red interior. I don’t know why I have never tried grapefruit and raw honey before but wish we would have tried it a long time ago.

Cut open your grapefruit, I like to cut the top and bottom off and then take my knife between the fruit and skin and seperate all the way around or cut the top and bottom off and then slice the skin off in sections. I then cut open the skin and pull it off. I chop up the grapefruit in bite size pieces and then drizzle the raw honey on top.
