We have the best neighbors, they are constantly giving us fresh grown tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers and squash. We have been able to make so many batches of fresh salsa this last month, so we played around with lots of different recipes to find our favorite.
- 10 Tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow or orange pepper
- 1 anaheim pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Lime juice
- 2 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
- Lakanto Original Sugar to taste
- Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Chop everything up as small as you like and then add in the lime juice, apple cider, Lakanto and Himalayan Sea Salt.
