This is a new favorite breakfast of ours but also would make a great meal or snack anytime of the day. The kids get tons of veggies and fruits this way and it is fun and very colorful and artistic. The kids have their favorites to dip into but eat everything put out. I was surprised to see my youngest eating so much spinach. We did into the MCT oil and then dip into whatever sounds appealing on the plate, making many different combos.
Savory Superfood Fondue
Slice into pieces for dipping:
- Avocado
- Spinach
- Kale
- Cucumbers
- Mango
Dip into a combo of the below:
- MCT Oil
- Hemp Seed
- Herbamare, Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt
- Pumpkin Seeds
Sweet Superfood Fondue

- Bananas
- Spinach
- Oranges
- Pecans
Dip into a combo of the below:
- MCT Oil
- Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- Shredded Raw Coconut
- Raw Honey
