Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea helps with digestion and is a anti – inflammatory and great for sore throats.

1 tsp of grated fresh ginger or 1 drop Ginger Essential Oil
Not Quite Boiling water
Raw Honey to taste
1 TBSP coconut oil (optional)

Put ginger in cup and pour boiling water over it.  Steep for 3-5 min and remove ginger.  Add honey and enjoy.
