Kale Chips

There are lots of versions of Kale Chips out there.  Sometimes I just use the oil and herbamare.  Here is the recipe I have been making lately since adding brewers yeast back into Keely’s diet, it adds a cheesy flavor and they are really delicious.  They are gone immediately so you may want to make a double batch.

Lacinato Kale, 1 big bunch,  chopped
3 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp brewers yeast optional
3 tsp herbamare
pinch of cayenne if you want spicy

Set the oven to 400 degrees and keep a close eye on the kale, it will be done in about 10 minutes.
