Homemade Chicken or Turkey Sausage Patties

We make everything from scratch to avoid all the added chemicals in frozen or prepared foods.  We make a bunch and freeze them for easy fast breakfasts.  In the summer I add fresh herbs instead of dried.

1 lb Ground Chicken or Turkey
1/8 cup Chia Seed (skip if SCD or GAPS diet)
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sage
1/4 tsp honey or Grade B Maple Syrup
Herbamare

Mix all of  ingredients in bowl.  Make into breakfast size patties.  I freeze mine and take out what I need the night before.
