Kale Salad

Antioxidant Rich Kale Salad

This is a new favorite here for the past couple weeks.  We just chop up everything and then combine it all in a bowl except the avocados and black berries  and massage the olive oil and balsamic into the salad.  Then toss in the blackberries and avocado and enjoy!


  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 cup fresh preferably organic blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • Sprinkle with ground chia seed
