Very Veggie Juice

 I am on a juice cleanse this week with a wonderful group of people from the yoga studio I go to.  Here is one of the juices I always make when cleansing and it is my favorite.  I lucked out and came across this beautiful organic tomatoe by my house at Local Flavors Market.

This recipe makes about a quart of juice.  Drink all at once or save half for a little later.  Juice is most vibrant and more nutritious right out of the juicer but if you have a busy schedule and need to make ahead of time then just make sure and drink within 24 hrs at the most.

1 large organic tomato
1 lemon peeled
Handful organic Spinach or Kale
1 bunch organic celery
1 large cucumber or 2 small ones (if not organic peel)
4 organic carrots

Juice everything, mix in 1 tsp or more spirulina, 1 tsp astragalus and a dash of herbamare and cayenne to taste.
