Peach Balsamic Super Greens Salad

 This flavorful super green salad is a staple in our house. It has some of the most nutritious dark leafy greens such as kale and collards.   This makes a great cleansing meal if doing your quarter cleansing or if you are on a raw diet subtract the noodles.

 

  • Bunch of Kale chopped small
  • Bunch of Collards chopped small
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped small
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • Sunflower Sprouts
  • Microgreen Sprouts
  • 1 Avocado
  • Gluten Free Curly Noodles on occasion

 

Cook noodles ahead of time and run cold water over them until cooled.  Chop everything up.  Mix in a big bowl but leave out the avocado until the end so it doesn’t mush up.

The dressing I do by bowl because we each like it different but I put a dash of each and taste.

  • Coconut Aminos
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • White Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • Lemon Juice
  • EVO
  • Celtic Sea Salt
  • Paprika
  • Raw Honey on occasion
