6 TBSP Coconut Aminos
3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 TBSP Tahini
1 1/2 TBSP Honey
1 1/2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 lime peeled
1 inch slice ginger grated or just throw in the blender
Throw all the dressing ingredients into your blender and blend well.
Pour over noodles and garnish with basil and mint leaves. We also added some red, yellow, orange peppers and capers.
