Turkey Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Package of Turkey Bacon Nitrite Nitrate Free
1 bunch asparagus with ends broken off
1 Cup Coconut Aminos
1 TBSP Honey
1/4 Cup Organic Tamari optional if using soy

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix sauce in bowl. Wrap a piece of bacon around each asparagus spear and then brush on the sauce or roll the bacon asparagus in it. Lay in a glass baking dish greased with a little coconut oil and bake. Bake until bacon is crispy app. 40-45 min.

Cucumber Slices with Guacomole

2 Cucumber peeled if not organic and sliced
2 Avocados smashed
Juice from 1/2 lime
Herbamare or sea salt
Jalapeno slices optional

Mix guacomole with lime avocado and herbamare, slice cucumbers and put a tsp of guac on each with a jalapeno slice.

Shrimp Cocktail

1 lb shrimp cooked and chilled
1-2 tsp Horseradish or more depending on how hot you like it
1 Cup Homemade Ketchup

Serve shrimp on ice.  Mix sauce to taste.
