Mashed Kohlrabi

Mashed Kohlrabi is a great and healthier option over mashed potatoes.  These are Body Ecology, GAPS and Paleo friendly!

1 large kohlrabi – peeled & cut into cubes
1 tablespoon Ghee or coconut oil

Steam kohlrabi until its very tender, about 15 minutes. Drain all the water.  Mash kohlrabi add ghee or coconut oil and herbamare.
