Getting more dark leafy greens in your kids is easy with this Marinated Kale Salad recipe. My kids love it and usually go for seconds and thirds.
1 bunch smooth kale chopped small
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or hemp oil
Splash or two of coconut aminos
Squeeze 1/4 lemon or lime juice
1-2 tsp Grade B Maple Syrup
Massage everything into the kale and let sit in fridge for a couple of hours. Add avocados, zuchinni, cucumbers, yellow peppers, fresh raw corn or any vegetables you want.
