Roasted Cauliflower and Butternut Soup

This was so good and it was a good variation from the recipes on the SCD Diet.

1 Butternut Squash
4 cup Vegetable Broth
1 Handful Spinach
2 tsp Curry Powder
Juice of 1 Orange
Salt
Pepper
1 Head Cauliflower

I baked the Butternut Squash the night before, peeled, seeded it and then put it in the fridge.  Bake the cauliflower tossed in coconut oil at 350 degrees for 15 min. Put rest of ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Put everything in pot and simmer for 10-15 min.
