Coconut Potato Soup with Green Chiles

This Coconut Potato Soup with Green Chiles is very light but tasteful.

2  14.5 oz cans coconut milk
3-4 cups Vegetable broth
5 yukon potatoes cubed
1/2 white onion chopped
2 cups organic corn
1 zuchinni cubed
2 cups green beans frozen or fresh
3 cans green chiles mild
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 TBSP Cumin

Put all ingredients in pot and bring to boil about 8 min. then simmer for 30-40 or until potatoes are tender.
Top with cilantro and add more salt, pepper or herbamare to taste.
