This green juice offers a sweet sour taste that makes it easy to get in your greens without adding a lot of sugary fruits. While my daughter was on the Candida diet she could have green apples and we still use them in many of our juices. Keely named this one, I wasn’t sure the kids would like this one but they love it. The kale can be strong so play around to find the best amount for you, I love it but if I get too much the girls won’t drink it.
2 Green Apples if organic leave the skin on if not peel
1 lemon peeled
2-3 Kale leaves
4 Romaine leaves
Put everything through your juicer and enjoy immediately!
