2 Week Body Ecology Meal Plan

This is our Body Ecology Meal Plan we put together.  We are currently all eating Body Ecology while my daughter fights to get rid of Candida that is six times higher than the average adults level.  With each lunch and dinner meal we try to always have 1-2 TBSP of some Cultured Vegetables unless I have incorporated them in the meal already. If we don’t get them in we will have them as snacks throughout the day. I always make a new batch of yogurt every week. I plan to use this meal plan to help keep us on track and prepared. This will be a base and then when feeling inspired or like making something new I will replace meals. Sorry, I know the font is small but it is the only way I could get it to fit on the blog.

w/coconut oil, vanilla flavoring Lakanto or stevia and cinnamon
– Bengal Spice Tea
– Steamed beet greens w/coconut oil and herbamare

– Digestive Tea
1/2 Avocado with Herbamare and lemon and 6 Marys Gone Crackers 
– Herbal Tea
Lunch
w/yellow squash sauteed in coconut oil and herbamare
Miracle Noodles Angel Hair with Cucumbers and Hemp Oil and Herbamare, sometimes add shrimp.
Hummus and Guacamole with Romaine Lettuce and other veggies to dip.
-Grilled Wild Salmon
-Salad or Steamed Veggies
Sweet Potato Baked with steamed Broccoli
 
DinnerAny Grass Fed Meat or  Wild Fish Grilled and steamed mixed vegetables and salad
with
With sauteed zuchini, Collards and cauliflower in coconut oil and herbamare
with
-Tossed Green Salad with choice of dressing
 
Snacks
-Seaweed sheets with cucumber and avocado rolled up dip in coconut aminos.
Coconut milk with mixed berries, mash some in milk and add stevia to taste.
