We just got the results back from Keely’s IgG and IgA test and she is a + 3 sensitivity to coconut, I am bummed we have been using coconut milk a lot. The good news is she can still have coconut oil so I put together this Banana Almond Butter Smoothie tonight for a snack before bed, super yummy and very satisfying.
2 ripe bananas/ I like to freeze mine
12 ounces water
3-4 TBSP Raw Almond Butter
2 TBSP Honey
1 heaping TBSP Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
