Baked Bananas

These Baked Bananas are SCD Friendly, gluten, dairy and soy free.   They are quick, easy and tasty.

  • 8 firm bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • Cinnamon

Place banana chunks in a small baking dish. Top with melted oil, softened honey and cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
