Hollaindaise Sauce – Dairy Free

  • 1/4 cup Ghee – If can’t have Ghee you can use a dairy free butter or coconut oil.
  • 1/4 cup organic full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp herbamare or sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Whisk together all ingredients over medium heat!   Continue whisking together until everything is combined and hot.
