- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 garlic clove diced
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 cup cooked Basmati or white rice uncooked
- 2 tablespoons organic tamari
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Cook your rice in pressure cooker or rice cooker.
- Add the coconut oil to a skillet and set over medium heat. Add the eggs with salt and pepper and scramble. Add the garlic, onions, peas and carrots.
- Add the rice, tamari and sesame seeds to the pan and cook for 1 more minute if rice was already hot, if not cook until rice is hot and serve hot.
