Natural Bath Bomb

Natural Bath Bombs

My mother in law Jackie and I mixed up some all Natural Bath Bombs this week for a boutique I will be at this Saturday.   We were originally looking at some recipes online but lots contained possible allergens like corn so we started experimenting and concocting our own.  I ran over to the health food store and bought a few dried herbs like lavender, eucalyptus and some white willow bark powder which is exceptional for sore muscles.  While there I grabbed some Magnesium Chloride crystals to enhance the sore muscle blend.  Epsom salt baths are great for many but since it contains sulfur my daughter cannot use epsom salts.  This is due to a gene that causes her to turn sulfur into sulfite so we use magnesium chloride flakes in place and they work awesome.  My girls have tried out each of the balls below this week in their baths and they have come out smelling wonderful and their skin  smooth, hydrated and soft.

Mix dry together first and then add the rest, if isn’t molding well add little drops of water but not a lot to get it to mold. Then we had molds we put them in or make into balls. Let them dry and sit for 24 hours. I bought special bags for them since I was selling them and cut fabric for the ribbon.
