Herbal Tea Popsicles

Our family loves herbal tea so  when the heat kicks in and had us craving popsicles I thought I would give this a try.  Ailie and Keely both can’t get enough and Ailie has some molars coming in.  When I do juice ones I will only do about 2/3 juice to rest water but those were getting boring.  We have been making popsicles by steeping 4 tea bags in a quart jar filled half with boiling water and then after a 1/2 hour adding cold water to the rest.  The two we have done so far are:

Pure Empower Mint – This is an Yerbe Mate tea mixed with mint and is very refreshing in a popsicle with a little raw honey or pure grade B maple syrup.
