Hiziki is filled with nutrition, essential minerals for the body, as well as significant levels of dietary fiber, vitamin K, calcium, iron, magnesium, and iodine.
1/3 cup dried Hiziki
1 cup water
1 Butternut Squash peeled and diced
1 Tbsp dried Nettle
1 tsp herbamare
1 cup soaked Quinoa
32 oz Vegetable Broth
Soak Hiziki in 1 cup water. Put rest of ingredients in big pot and bring to boil then simmer for 1/2 hour. Add the hiziki and if you want to can add the soak water bring back to a simmer and serve. Serve with a millet or buckwheat flatbread or the Quinoa Pizza Crust.
