Quinoa Flake Cereal

Quinoa Flakes offer a quick and easy breakfast option that is very similar to oatmeal.

1 cup Quinoa Flakes
2 Cups Water

Bring to boil add flakes and simmer for 2 min. turn off heat and let sit for 5 min.

Add Cinnamon, Honey or Stevia, 1 mashed banana and a heaping tsp of coconut oil.
