Squash, Jicama and Pear Juice! Have you ever juiced Jicama or Butternut Squash? I wasn’t sure how this was going to turn out but it is now a favorite and SCD Diet friendly, just make sure to peel the pears if you are on the intro for the SCD Diet.
- 2 Pears, peel if on intro of SCD
- 2 Slices Jicama
- 4 big chunks Butternut Squash
- Dash of Cinnamon on top optional
Wash, core and put into juicer.
