These Banana Almond Coconut Cookies are gluten, dairy, soy, egg and grain free and they are SCD Diet friendly. They are super east to make.
2 Bananas mashed
2/3 cups Almond Flour
4 TBSP Coconut Flour
1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
1 tsp Cinnamon
Mix together and roll into balls. Put on greased cookie sheet, I use coconut oil and flatten with a spoon. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Store in fridge.
