Looking for something that tastes close to a Nutta Butter cookie, not sure what it is about those especially since I don’t love peanut butter. These Gluten and Peanut Free Nut Butter Cookies are perfect, eat with a side of Almond Milk!
- 1 1/2 cups almond or pecan flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 heaping tablespoons almond or cashew nut butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
Stir all together , and roll into balls and flatten on lightly greased cookie sheet .
Bake at 350 for 10 min for soft cookies, or a little longer for a crispier version.
