Squash, Jicama and Pear Juice

Squash, Jicama and Pear Juice!   Have you ever juiced Jicama or Butternut Squash?  I wasn’t sure how this was going to turn out but it is now a favorite and SCD Diet friendly, just make sure to peel the pears if you are on the intro for the  SCD Diet.

  • 2 Pears, peel if on intro of SCD
  • 2 Slices Jicama
  • 4 big chunks Butternut Squash
  • Dash of Cinnamon on top optional

Wash, core and put into juicer.
